NEO V UNLOCKING  AND ROOTING EASY METHOD(JELLYBEAN OS)

First unlock the device using

note:in tat video he forgets to mention this:

7- Click browse my computer for driver software.
6- Select the folder in which you have the folders: "drivers" and "fastboot_with_Android_USB_fil­­e" (internet shortcut is included in this folder).
7. Allow to install from unknown source when promted.
8- Now go back to "fastboot" folder and again press "shift+right click" >> Open command...
9- Type as he mentioned in the video.
10-Done!!!!
**Remove the usb, turn on the phone. (Note that it has factory reset now)
next follow the steps given here.
use the same fastboot folder used in t above video in the next blog also....
it worked fine for me...
